Costa Rica Rental Car Discount-Save 10%

Our goal is always to bring you the best info on budget travel in Costa Rica. That being said, we are super excited to have partnered with our favorite Costa Rica rental car company Adobe to bring you a 10% Costa Rica rental car discount! How awesome is that?!?

We’re sure you might have some questions about our Costa Rica rental car discount so we’ve tried to answer them all below.

Costa Rica Rental Car Discount FAQ

Why should I use Adobe for my rental car needs in Costa Rica?

We’ve rented cars in Costa Rica several times and have had some miserable experiences (which you can read about here). We don’t want you to go through the same things we dealt with. When we started renting cars with Adobe that completely changed. We love Adobe because they are a local company, are completely transparent in their fees, and have some of the best customer service we have ever experienced.

Because we love them so much we asked them if they would be interested in partnering with us to bring Costa Rica Vibes readers a Costa Rica rental car discount.

The rate you will get by booking through our blog is not only 5% to 10% cheaper (it fluctuates between 5% and 10% by season and demand) than the rate on the Adobe site, but we also have some great bonuses for you!

If you book your car through us you also get a second driver for free (it’s usually $4 per day), 0% deductible as part of the Liability Protection (it’s usually 20% deductible), a free cell phone to use, free roof racks upon request, and free booster or car seats!

Note: The cell phone is not a smartphone so you can not use it for directions. It is only for making local calls. It is nice to have though for making calls in an emergency. We also like it for basic things like making dinner reservations.

If you would like to compare the price on our site vs. the Adobe site directly, you can do that here.

What is Costa Rica’s mandatory insurance and is it included in the quote?

Costa Rica rental car insurance can be a bit confusing, so here is a complete breakdown of how it works…

When you book a car through Adobe you will have three different protection options. Let’s go through each one.

Liability Protection:  This insurance covers basic damages to third parties property up to $20,000 and basic coverage of third party injury or death up to $100,000 with 0% deductible. This insurance is required by law in Costa Rica. Every single person who rents a car needs to purchase Liability Protection.

The price you are quoted when you book your car through our site includes the Liability insurance fees. (You will see it checked off in your rental car booking) This is one of the many reasons we love Adobe. Most other rental car companies in Costa Rica do not include the Liability Insurance in their quote.

This means that when you arrive to start your vacation in paradise the first thing you experience is a rental car agent telling you that you will actually have to pay several hundred dollars more than the price you were quoted online because of the Liability Insurance.

We don’t think this is a good business tactic and neither does Adobe.

Car Protection: This insurance covers:

-Direct car damages, collision, and rollovers

-Total or partial theft of the rental car

Car protection is also required by Costa Rica law. This means when you rent a car with Adobe you need to check off the box for Car Protection.

Adobe rent a car

Most rental car companies in Costa Rica bundle the Liability Protection and Car Protection together, meaning you have to pay for both of them because they are required by law.

If you have a letter from your credit card company stating that you are covered for car protection in Costa Rica you will not need to pay for the Car Protection insurance if you rent with Adobe.

Make sure you bring a letter or email from your credit card company stating you have car protection in Costa Rica to show as proof. Adobe will not accept a basic brochure.

Total Protection: This is the final type of car protection which is offered through Adobe. This insurance covers a tow truck, road assistance, damage to things like windows and tires, and a 4 million dollar coverage for third party injury or death. You are NOT required to purchase Total Protection by Costa Rica law.

If you have questions about insurance you should contact Adobe directly (we here at Costa Rica Vibes are not personally experts in insurance). You can email them at info(at)adobecar(dot)com or if you are in the US or Canada you can call their toll-free number during business hours +1(855)861-1250

What is the deposit?

The deposit is $1,000 for your rental car. This is put on your credit card and reimbursed to you at the end of your trip if everything is OK. This is standard with every rental car company in Costa Rica, but we have heard about some companies charging a much higher deposit. Make sure your credit card limit is high enough in order to make this deposit.

Is there a charge for being picked up/ dropped off at the airport?

Nope, there is no fee! Just indicate in your car rental reservation that you will be arriving at the airport and what airline/ flight number.

costa rica rental car discount

An Adobe representative will be there waiting with a shuttle bus to take you to the nearby Adobe office. The rental car office is about five minutes away.

Unfortunately, there are no rental car agencies located at the airports. Every single agency shuttles their customers to nearby offices.

Does Adobe have any extra fees which I’ll have to pay later?

No, Adobe is completely transparent in their fees (which is one of the many reasons why we love them). The price you are quoted online is the final price.

Just remember there is a $1,000 deposit which will be placed on your credit card until you bring the car back.

How do I know I’m actually getting your Costa Rica rental car discount?

You can compare the price on our site to Adobe directly by following this link. You will see that our price is 5% to 10% cheaper. Just note this discount is only for the car itself. Unfortunately, Adobe can not give us a discount on insurance.

Also, if you would like to compare our rate to other rental car agencies make sure that the rate you are looking at with other companies includes the mandatory insurance like Adobe’s rate does.

Often people think another company may be cheaper and then they are hit with the high mandatory insurance costs upon picking up their rental car. We don’t want you to have to go through that.

How old do I have to be to rent?

You need to be at least 23 years old to rent a car from Adobe.

Will Adobe deliver my car to my location?

Adobe is happy to deliver your car to your hotel free of charge if you are within twelve miles of their office. Yeay! If you are further away there may be a fair delivery fee.

Just indicate in the reservation form which hotel, resort, Airbnb, hostel etc. you will be staying at so Adobe knows where to deliver your car. In the comment section, you can add any other details about having your car delivered.

Do I need four-wheel drive?

We recommend four wheel drive to make things easier on yourself, but it is not absolutely necessary in every location in Costa Rica. If you are going to the Nosara area, Monteverde, San Gerardo de Dota, Santa Teresa, or Montezuma we suggest a car with four-wheel drive. These areas are known for unpaved roads which aren’t the easiest without four-wheel drive. We’ve done some of these drives without it, but it hasn’t been easy!

Should I rent a GPS?

You definitely need some type of GPS to get around here. Roads are unclear and constantly changing.

Adobe offers GPS rentals for $9 per day. I know this adds up fast if you are traveling for several days.

If you have an unlocked cell phone the best and cheapest option is to stop at the Kolbi stand in the airport after you get through customs. At the Kolbi desk, you can purchase a SIM card for about $4. This money is then added as a credit to your SIM card.

You can then use Waze to get around. Waze is the best free app we have found for directions in Costa Rica.

We find it usually costs us about $1-$2 a day to use Waze with our Kolbi SIM card. The nice thing about Kolbi is that you can buy minutes at any grocery store or mini market in the country. We have a complete post about using your cell phone in Costa Rica if you need more tips.

Note: This will only work if your cell phone is unlocked for international usage. If you aren’t sure you can ask your cell phone provider, but they may not tell you the truth so that they can get you to purchase an international plan. I have an iphone I purchased through Verizon. They told me it wasn’t unlocked and I couldn’t use it with an international SIM card. I have no problem using my Kolbi SIM card here in Costa Rica.

Do you think I should rent a car?

Yes, we do. In our experience, with our Costa Rica rental car discount, it is almost always cheaper to rent a car than to depend on more expensive day tours which include transportation from your hotel.

We are really into off the beaten path activities which will give you a more cultural experience, support small local businesses, and are cheaper than activities from large companies. To get to these types of activities you almost always need a car.

We understand it can be scary to drive far distances in a foreign country which is why we suggest taking the public bus if you are nervous. You can check out our destination page and learn more about the public bus options from San Jose and Liberia to whichever destination you are interested in visiting.

Once you arrive at that destination you can get a rental car from Adobe for exploring the area. Adobe will happily deliver your rental car within twelve miles of any of their offices for free.

How is driving in Costa Rica?

Drivers in Costa Rica are a bit crazy, but as long as you are a somewhat experienced driver and feel confident in your abilities, you will likely be fine.

We strongly suggest not driving in San Jose. This area of the country has way too many cars on the road at any given time and people drive like maniacs.

If you would like to explore the downtown area, your best bet is to take an Uber. Uber is legal in Costa Rica (for now) and is usually about half the price of a taxi. Just down the Uber app and you’ll be good to go.

Most of the main roads in the country are well maintained. If you’d like to know what the drive is like to your destination just look on our destination page for the area you are planning to visit.

How can I tell if my Costa Rica rental car discount is confirmed?

When you finish your booking make sure to hit “Reserve!” and not “Save Quote”. If you hit “Save Quote” you are only saving the quote and not actually confirming your reservation. As long as you hit “Reserve!” your reservation has been received and there will be a car waiting for you when you arrive at the Adobe office. Yeay!

costa rica rental car discount

You should also receive an email within 24 hours confirming your rental. If you do not get an email let us know and we will check into it for you ASAP.

What should I do if I need to change or cancel my car rental reservation?

In your confirmation email, there will be a link (towards the bottom of the email). Just follow this link to edit your reservation.

  1. Thanks for the tips! We have been wondering about renting a car and your blog laid out all the information so nicely. I tried reserving a car via your link but it doesn’t say how to get the booster and car seat for free?

    • Hi June! I’m happy we could help you out. When you make a reservation through our site there will be a comment section. Just write in there that you would like the free booster and car seat. Adobe was unable to change their computer system specifically for us, so, for now, this is the way we have to do it. They will then make note of it on your reservation and you’ll be all set!
Feel free to contact us if you have more questions as you plan your trip. We’re happy to help!

  2. I tried to make a reservation but it sends me to a page to enter user name and password when a click on the icon for those that do not have a userid/password it sends me to the main page and I start over under their pricing. What am I doing wrong

    • Hi Irene
I think it was a glitch in the Adobe system. I just checked and it seems to be working now. Sorry about that! Let me know if you need any more help. 🙂

  3. Hi there! We will be traveling with 5 and wondering if you have a recommendation on which SUV would be best of the three offered through Adobe? Your video mentioned you have links of videos showing each car but I can’t seem to find them. Also, would you recommend getting the full add on protection that includes roadside assistance and such? Thank you!

    • Hi Katrina,
I’d recommend getting at a minimum the Hyundai Tucson. That would put three people in the back seat. It won’t be the most comfortable, but it’s completely doable. The reason I say at a minimum the Tucson is because I’m not sure how much luggage you are all bringing. That will fit 4 regular size suitcases. If you are bringing smaller bags you can definitely fit 5.
Ideally, I would take the Mitsubishi Montero Sport or the Hyundai Sante Fe. Both are a bit more expensive but will give you more seating space and more trunk space. We drove the Mitsubishi recently and it is a beautiful vehicle to drive!
The good thing about the extended protection is that it includes roadside assistance and minor damages to the vehicle such as a broken windshield or popped tire. The other protections do not. In Costa Rica, it can be really expensive to have these little things replaced and it does sometimes happen (but hopefully not) that you might pop a tire or get a crack in the windshield from rocky roads. We always take the extended protection just to be on the safe side.
Hope that helps! Let me know if you have more questions as you plan your trip!

  4. Hi! How strict is the 23 year old minimum? I am 22 years old. Can you not rent at all? Or do you have to pay extra?

    • Unfortunately, they are pretty strict about it. However, check out the company Vamos. They also have a good reputation and their minimum rental age is 18.

  5. Hello,

I am trying to rent a car just to drive from Quepos to the airport, but the form will not let me pick a dropoff date the same day as the pickup day. If I only need to rent the car for a few hours on one day, am I unable to use this service?

    Thank you!

    • Hi Ben,
Unfortunately, Adobe requires a 2-day rental minimum. I’m checking right now if any of the other rental car companies will allow you to rent for just a few hours, but I’m not having much luck finding anything. Some places (like Budget) allow you to rent for one day. You could do that and just return the car early. They have an office in Quepos and one near the airport. Just keep an eye out for adding the mandatory insurance costs because I don’t think they include that in their price.

Sorry I can’t be more help!

  6. my family is going to be going to Costa Rica and we were looking at rental cars, there are five of us. When I was looking there were several cars that say they can only hold 4 people but I know they have enough seats for 5. Would it be ok if we rented one that says they can only hold 4?

    • Hi Andrea! Yes you can definitely rent a car for 5 even if it says for 4 people! Adobe just says that for comfort purposes. Also, just keep in mind how much luggage you will have and if it will fit in the trunk space. Hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

  7. I just booked through your site for a May 10 to May 17 trip and wanted to confirm that Adobe takes Amex? I assume they would but need to know definitely because my Amex card rental damage coverage, which I have secured a letter from them stating such, requires I use that card.

    • Hey Eric. I would assume that would be fine as well but let me just double check with my contact at Adobe and get back to you.

    • Hi Eric. Just checked with Adobe and Amex is fine. They accept that card. Let me know if you have more questions as you plan your trip!

  8. Hi, I have left several messages but response is always the same, “Your comment is awaiting moderation”. Is the Adobe discount/advantages still available through your website? I compared prices and only saw very small difference (less than 5%). More interested in other benefits you offer but cannot see how I get confirmation of these with Adobe when I book. Thanks.

    • Hi Tom! So sorry. I am traveling at the moment and running the site from my phone. I guess your other comments didnt show up for me. The discount is a bit lower temporarily due to crazy high demands for cars but the other benefits (free second driver, 0% deductible, free cell phone) still apply. I know these dont show up when you book but that is because it is too difficult for Adobe to change their booking system just for us. I assure you these benefits will all be applied when you pick up your car. However, if you would like to double check (I know its hard to trust stuff on the internet) you can always email adobe at
Hope that helps and let us know if you have more questions as you plan your trip!

      • Thank you Sara. I have booked through your website. Just a couple more questions please. Since no cc information was required to reserve the vehicle do you just pay when you pick up the car (unlike US)? Also I believe I read that the pick-up and drop off terminals are not on airport site. That being the case how is it handled? Thanks again. Tom

        • Hi Tom. Yeap you just pay when you pick up the car! Also, someone from adobe will be waiting at the airport to take you to their office 5 minutes away. They will have an Adobe sign when you exit the airport. When you return the car they will take you back to the airport on their free shuttle

  9. Hi there! I was hoping to book my car rental through your website for the rental but it looks like there is an error. I was just on it last week and it was working then so not sure if they made an update. Any possibility of fixing?

    • Hi Shannon! I see you were able to book. Yeay! I think their site was down yesterday. Let is know if you need any other tips as you plan your travels. We are happy to help. 🙂

  10. Hey Sarah, your site is super awesome! Question about the rental rates. Looks like it’s a flat fee per day, correct? Not mileage? My mom and I plan to drive quite a bit, so I want to make sure there’s no sticker shock if we rack up miles. Thanks again. 🙂

  11. Hello, we are planning a family trip end May to early June flying into SJO. I see that Adobe will delivery the hire car to your hotel provided you are within a certain range. We will be staying at the Country Inn & Suites by Carlson (Cuidad Cariari, Heredia). Is this hotel within Adobe’s delivery range? Also, will Adobe collect the hire car at the end of our trip from the same hotel if requested? Thank you!

    • Hi! Yes, this is in Adobe’s range. They would be happy to deliver your car to you for free and can definitely pick it up again from you at the end of your trip. That is no problem! Let me know if you have any more questions as you plan your vacation.

  12. Hello! I am planning a trip for the end of August and I was just wondering if you think we should book that now or to wait if there is a better time? Thanks!

    • Hi Roxanne! I’d suggest booking now. Things probably wont sell out for August but you never know! At least this way you can guarantee your choice of car. Also, Adobe does their prices by season so the price will not change if you book now or later.

  13. Hi Jim! Thanks for double checking with us. The 10% discount is only on the car itself. Unfortunately the insurance rates are government regulated so Adobe cant give us a discount on those. If it is only a 2% discount on the car, please email me with your reservation info at because it should be at least 10% and I will contact Adobe if something isnt coming up correctly so we can straighten it out for you.
The free second driver, 0% deductible, and free phone are automatically applied when you pick up your car. I completely understand it doesnt actually state this in the reservation, but I assure you it will be applied. If you would like to double check, please email Adobe at
Hope this helps and please email me if you need any other tips as you plan your trip! 😀

  14. Hi there, I booked a car through the Costa Rice Vibes discount with Adobe Rental. My reservation confirmation # is 537164. I cannot seem to find the confirmation email and I’m freaking out!! Help! Can you help me to confirm with them?
4×4 from Sunday, March 25 to Sunday April 1st.
I just emailed them now asking for a new confirmation email.

  15. Hi Sarah, we are in-country March 23 – April 2 but are having a hard time finding a good car rental. Adobe and Vamos are both sold out. Do you have any other recommendations?

    • Hi Max, Check the company Mapache. I have not personally used them, but I have heard good things from other people. I’m having trouble getting their site to load car info at the moment, so I can’t tell you if they still have cars available, but it’s worth a try!

  16. Hi Sara,
Planning a family (5) trip over Christmas. Our condo is in San Jose(5 nights), but we want to explore and plan our last 2 nights in Jaco. We thought with 5 renting a car would be best option but you (and everyone else on internet) says don’t rent a car in San Jose 🙁 We don’t plan on driving it in the city but of course we would have to drive it for purposes of to and from out condo to get to other areas out side San Jose. Thoughts?? Great info BTW on everything!

    • Hi Jackie
Yes, with 5 of you renting a car is definitely the best option. Driving in San Jose isn’t fun, but you can do it, especially if it is just to get to the other side of the city. We live in San Jose so we drive very often, but it can be a bit scary at times. Also, try to make sure you are driving either later in the evening or midday. Driving during rush hour is a nightmare!
Hope this helps! Let us know if you have more questions as you plan. 🙂

    • Also Jackie. I was just thinking about it and over Christmas time it might actually not be too bad. All the schools are closed so most people in the city head to the beach anyway. Traffic tends to go way down.

    • Hi Karl!
Sorry about that! We were going through some site maintenance yesterday so you were probably on here when a few things weren’t working properly. It is not a link for Adobe. You actually just enter your details right through our site and it will direct you to a page to select a car and complete your booking via Adobe. You can see where to enter your details at the top of this page or at the very bottom right below the last paragraph. Hope this helps and let us know if you have any more questions as you plan your trip!

  17. Hi Sarah, I am arriving into Liberia airport at 8:35pm on Sunday March 11 and am concerned that car rental offices will be closed by the time I get thru luggage. How late will the Adobe rental agency be open on Sunday evening? thanks.

    • Hi Gary! I just checked in with my contact at Adobe and it is no problem that you get in at 8:35 pm. Someone from Adobe will be waiting for you at the airport with a shuttle (the rental car office is a few minutes away). Just make sure you specify your flight number and scheduled arrival time when you make your reservation. As long as they have that info they will even wait if your flight is delayed. When you exit the airport just look for someone with an Adobe sign.
Let us know if we can help you out with anything else! 🙂

  18. Hi Sarah! I noticed another reader posted this same issue, but we also reserved a car with Adobe a little over 2 days ago and still no confirmation email. How should we move forward? Thank you! This site is so helpful!

    • Hi Carly! Thank you for letting us know about the issue. Can you let me know what name the reservation is under and what dates you reserved for? I’ll check in with my contact at Adobe and get back to you ASAP! 🙂

  19. Hi Sarah,
we are coming to CR (Puerto Limon) by cruise ship on March, 11th and we would like to rent a car to drive down to Cahuita.
Adobe told me that they can’t rent us a car, because they need the original passport with the immigration seal which you don’t get as a cruise passenger.
After doing some online research this seems to be an adobe company policy. Do you have any other reliable car rental companies that rent cars to cruise ship passengers?
Thanks in advance for your help!
    Love your homepage 🙂

    • Hi Katharina,
Wow! I had no idea that it was difficult to get a car if coming by cruise ship. Good to know! Two other companies I would suggest checking with are Vamos and Mapache. I don’t know if they rent to people from a cruise ship, but it’s worth a try! Goodluck!

  20. Hi Sarah, I reserved a car the other day with Adobe, but no e-mail confirmation. So I e-mailed them, and still no response. I know that I did click ‘reserve’ at the end of my rental process via Costa Rica Vibes website. Thoughts on next move?

  21. After I made the reservation, i got the confirmation email and it says it is not guaranteed until i give them a credit card. Is that accurate? Do I need to call and give the information or can I wait until I get there?

    • Hi Tiffany! Yes they ask for your credit card just to confirm the reservation. Don’t worry. You are not charged for anything until you pick up the car and you can cancel your reservation at any time at no cost. They just don’t want people renting cars and then not showing up or and not letting them know

  22. Your Costa Rica information is so helpful! I just reserved a car using this link. Thank you for the discount! I’m wondering at what point they will tell us we get a free second driver and a free cell phone to use? And I was surprised that they didn’t ask for my credit card…

    • Hi Deb! I’m so happy we could help you out! When you go pick up the car they will see that you booked through us and automatically hand you the cell phone and copy down the license info for both drivers. You pay when you pick up the car (which I think it pretty great so if your plans change at all, you are not locked into anything). Let me know if you have more questions as you plan your trip. We are happy to help you out! 🙂

    • Hi Megan! I just checked and was confused because the discount came up for me, but then I realized what happened. If you search on my site but have a tab open with Adobe’s site as well, it replicates the page. Once you pick your vehicle and get to the page that asks for Customer information, see if it says “Welcome Costa Rica Vibes” in the top right corner. That means you are on the discount from my site. If it says “Welcome iframe client” you are viewing the price from Adobe’s site directly. Another words, I guess you have to search one at a time and can’t have my site and Adobe’s site open at the same time in different tabs. Let me know if you have more questions! 🙂

  23. HI Sarah, My sisters and I are flying into san jose 2/15, staying with a friend, then heading to Nosara area for 6 nights (yoga retreat). Then driving back to hotel near aiport on 2/23, flying home 2/24.

Everything you said makes sense and I appreciate this information. THe adobe rental quote was $811, which seemed very high. I got some other quotes that included hte same stuff (pretty sure) for 300-400 less. That said, the only 4 wheel drive available was a Mitsubish L200 4X4 manual or similar / GROUP K, which may be a fancy 4 wheel drive car. Am I missing something? I did not even order GPS or anything. Can I get away with not renting this if I am just basically using this car to get from San Jose to Nosara area and back again.

    • Hi Jenn. I just checked your dates. You are right. It is super expensive because unfortunately, all the other SUV’s except for the Mitsubishi L200 are sold out for those dates. 🙁 I’d go with a different company for this one so that it is cheaper. Feel free to email me if you want to run the names of the other companies by me and I can tell you which have good reputations.
Also, you can get away without renting a GPS. Roads are a little crazy here though, so having something would help. If you have an unlocked phone you can get a SIM card at the airport or on Google Maps you can now usually type in your destination ahead of time and it will direct you even without wifi. You just have to hit “save for offline” or something like that. Just try it out ahead of time because I sometimes have problems with it.
      Also, you’ll love Nosara! 🙂

    • Hey Scott. I just wrote to Adobe to ask about that because I’m not totally sure. As soon as they answer me I’ll let you know.

  24. Hi Sarah, I tried to reach Adobe via email and phone, but didn’t get any answer and was put on a waiting line without outcome.. My question: Our plane arrives shortly after midnight in San Jose. Do you have any idea if they are able to pick up that late? (Booking via your webpage is available only till 22.00). Thanks, Andrea

    • Hi Andrea! No they will unfortunately not be open that late. Your best bet would be if you are staying near the airport to take an Uber (unless your hotel has a shuttle service) and then have Adobe deliver the car to your hotel in the morning. They open at 5am and will deliver for free within 12 miles of the airport. In your rental car booking there is a comment section. Just let them know which hotel and what time you would like the car. You can also leave any questions in the comment section. They are usually good at responding within 24 hours.

  25. A letter from my bank about my car insurance? I dont understand this…How would my bank know if my car insurance covers car rental? Wouldn’t I need a letter from my car insurance company? What am I missing?

    • Hi Kenya! Thanks for letting us know that this isn’t entirely clear so we can make it more clear on our site. Fixing it up now!
Most credit card companies (at least within the US) have some type of rental car insurance included with your credit card plan. Unfortunately, this doesn’t always cover you internationally. You will need to check with your credit card company and ask if you have rental car coverage in Costa Rica. If you have car insurance which covers you for rental cars, that is definitely an option as well.
I’d suggest checking with both your credit card companies and car insurance company to see if either will cover you if you rent a car in Costa Rica. You then just need to show proof when you pick up your car with Adobe that you are covered for direct car damages, collision, and rollovers as well as total or partial theft of the rental car. If you are unsure if you are covered, I suggest emailing Adobe before you book your car with the details of the coverage you have either through your credit card or car insurance. They will get back to you really fast and can tell you if your coverage will be enough.
Hope this clears things up a bit! Let us know if you have more questions as you plan your trip!

  26. Is the rental age for other car rental companies 23? Adobe sounds awesome, but my boyfriend and I will only be 22 when we go to Costa Rica in February. Really, really want to rent a car and hope this doesn’t hold us back! I’ve heard it’s 21 at other companies?

    • A lot are 23 but let me look into it for you and see if there are any good companies which rent to people younger. I’ll report back! 🙂

    • Check out Vamos Rent A Car. Their minimum age is 18 (at least from what I see online). Also, from what I’ve heard they have a decent reputation. Good luck!
